This Privacy Policy explains how eDocuSign Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating as Neural-GTM, collects, uses, and shares personal information. It applies to website visitors, clients, business contacts, and business professionals researched or contacted for Neural-GTM or client campaigns.

How to stop hearing from us
- Use the unsubscribe link included in an outreach email.
- Email admin@neuralgtm.ai with the subject “Remove me” and include the address contacted.
- Request deletion. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor the opt-out.
- One opt-out applies everywhere: we keep a single do-not-contact list across Neural-GTM and all client campaigns.

Our roles
When Neural-GTM markets its own services, it determines why and how information is used. When Neural-GTM operates outreach for a client, the client may determine the campaign audience and offer while Neural-GTM processes information under the agreed instructions.
Information we collect
- Website technical information such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, and request time.
- Contact information you provide when booking a call, contacting us, or working with us.
- Business information such as name, role, employer, professional contact details, professional profile URL, public career history, public professional activity, and relevant company signals.
Neural-GTM does not knowingly use sensitive personal information for outreach targeting.
Sources of prospect information
Information may come from clients, company websites, public professional sources, public company announcements, and business-data or verification providers. Providers include HarvestAPI (public LinkedIn profile data), Apollo (B2B contact data), and publicly available Instagram profile information.
How we use information
- Identify businesses and professional roles relevant to a campaign.
- Research public professional and company context.
- Draft and deliver relevant business messages.
- Manage replies, campaign reporting, and client services.
- Honor opt-outs and maintain suppression records.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
Use of artificial intelligence
Neural-GTM may use AI tools to research public business information and draft outreach. A person reviews and approves each campaign's messaging and templates before launch; individual messages may not each be reviewed. AI is not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual.
How we share information
Neural-GTM does not sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with contracted service providers, campaign clients where needed to operate a campaign, legal authorities when required, or a successor if the business is reorganized. Neural-GTM does not provide clients with prospect lists or contact data as a deliverable. Our service providers include Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), and SmartLead (email sending).
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact admin@neuralgtm.ai. Neural-GTM will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.
California residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act applies to business-contact information. In the past 12 months we collected the categories of information described under "Information we collect" from the sources described above, and used them for the purposes described above. We disclosed them to our service providers and, where needed to operate a campaign, to the client we represent. We do not sell personal information. You have the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. You may use an authorized agent. Email standards
Commercial messages are intended to use accurate sender information, identify the sender and represented client where relevant, include a postal address, and provide a working opt-out method.
Retention, security, and international processing
Information is retained only as needed for campaign operation, legal obligations, security, client instructions, and opt-out suppression. Prospect information is kept for up to 24 months after our last outreach. Opt-out (do-not-contact) records are kept for as long as needed to honor the request. Neural-GTM uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
Children
This site and Neural-GTM's services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
